My research project is focused on the effectiveness of stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) on UMBC campus. I plan to look at different aspects of the BMP designs and see their impacts on controlling water quality and/or water outflow. Facilities Management and the Sustainability Office at UMBC are interested in monitoring the stormwater facilities, so I plan to work closely with them throughout my project.
