Marine Estuarine Environmental Science (MEES)
Jessica Diaz is a recent ICARE NRT graduate who conducted research focused on the potential for oyster restoration in the Middle Branch of the Baltimore Harbor. The data collected on water quality, food availability (phytoplankton), and oyster growth aimed to inform the placement of a community-led oyster restoration location.
